Meet Richard & Raquel

We’re Richard and Raquel, a husband-and-wife team based in Tampa Bay. We created Elevate Experiences to bring a clean, modern, premium photo booth experience to weddings, private parties, corporate events, and celebrations across Central Florida.

We’re hands-on with every event — from setup and custom overlays to guest support and final gallery delivery — because we want every client to feel taken care of from start to finish.

We’re a local small business, not a big corporation. Our goal is simple: polished presentation, real DSLR quality, and a fun guest experience your people will actually remember.

Questions, Answered

Everything you need to know before booking your event.

How much space does the booth need?
We recommend about a 10x10 ft area for the cleanest setup — enough room for the booth, backdrop, guests, and prop table. We can often fit in smaller spaces depending on the venue layout.
What's included in every package?
Every package includes professional Canon DSLR photo capture, custom overlay, instant email sharing, full setup and breakdown, and an on-site attendant. Print quantity, backdrop options, and premium upgrades vary by package.
How do I reserve a date?
Once we confirm availability, we’ll send a simple agreement and deposit invoice. Your date is officially reserved once the agreement is signed and the deposit is paid. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.
Is the Audio Guestbook included?
For a limited number of qualifying launch events, our Audio Guestbook Add-On is included free as a $150 value. Availability is limited, so ask about the current launch bonus when you check your event date.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations 30+ days before the event receive a full deposit refund. Within 30 days, deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a future booking within 12 months. We do everything we can to accommodate rescheduling.
Do you travel outside Tampa Bay?
Yes — we serve Tampa, St. Pete, Clearwater, Brandon, Riverview, Wesley Chapel, Sarasota, and surrounding areas. Events outside our standard service radius may include a small travel fee.
Can the booth be customized for our event?
Absolutely. Every event gets a custom photo overlay designed around your theme, brand, wedding details, names, date, monogram, logo, or colors.
What about indoor vs outdoor events?
Indoor events are ideal. Outdoor events require a covered or shaded area to protect the equipment from sun and weather, plus access to a power outlet. We’ll confirm your venue setup before the event.
Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance?
Yes — a Certificate of Insurance can be provided upon request for venues that require it. Please let us know your venue’s insurance requirements early so we can arrange the proper documentation before your event.
Do guests get the photos right away?
Yes — guests can receive photos during the event through instant email sharing, and the host receives a full digital gallery after the event. Event gallery QR sharing may be available depending on the package and venue internet connection.
